Workshop Access Policy

This policy governs access to workshops, classes, and community sessions offered by Solutions Counseling Group (SCG). Registration for any workshop indicates agreement with the terms below.

Your workshop purchase grants access only to the specific date and time selected at registration. Access cannot be transferred to future dates, other programs, or additional participants.

Capacity Limits:

SCG maintains strict workshop capacity limits to ensure a quality learning environment.

If capacity is reached, SCG reserves the right to deny entry to additional participants in order to honor the waitlist and maintain fairness.

Removal for Violation:

SCG reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the workshop environment, violates participation guidelines, shares access links, or exceeds permitted access. Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

No Sharing:

Workshop links, materials, and access may NOT be shared, distributed, Screen-recorded, or reposted.

Each registration is valid for one participant only.

Purchasing a workshop indicates your agreement to all SCG workshop policies and expectations.

All materials are the intellectual property of SCG.

 Technology Requirements:

Participants must:

·         Join from a private, quiet environment

·         Use a stable internet connection

·         Keep their registration email updated for receipt of access links
